Key Responsibilities

• Drive results Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services servicing clients and selling products
• Perform beauty services Provide makeup waxing and other services listed in Sephoras Beauty Services menu. Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards Keep licenses active and always uphold health and safety protocols
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe secure and enjoyable shopping experience for all

$21.75 - $28.00 / hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and / or geographic location.
