Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Full Time Processor responsible for processing various types of loans in accordance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data on new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) for initial submission

Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process and track incoming data for verification

Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department in advance

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with FHA and VA loans is preferred

Familiarity with appraisal documentation and underwriting conditions

Completion of mandatory company trainings within required timelines
