Job Description
Summary :
Technical Source is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our pharmaceutical client in Westchester County, NY. This is a long-term position with a fast-paced, mission-critical team.
You'll act as the main point of contact in the Operations Command Center—monitoring site systems, responding to issues, and coordinating with teams such as engineering, property management, security, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze building systems (HVAC, UPS, power, etc.)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
- Maintain optimal facility conditions to support R&D operations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate when needed
- Manage maintenance requests and documentation via IWMS
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Be available for 24 / 7 emergency support (including holidays)
