Job Details : We are seeking an experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage the project's BIM protocols and standards.Create and maintain Revit models for electrical systems throughout the construction process.Generate high-quality construction drawings using BIM software.Collaborate with the project team to ensure the BIM model accurately reflects the design intent and construction requirements.Coordinate and manage the project's electrical plans, ensuring they are integrated into the BIM model.Provide BIM / Revit training and support to team members.Lead clash detection and coordination resolution meetings with project team members.Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, architects, and engineers.Continually explore and implement new BIM technologies and trends to enhance project delivery.Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.Proficiency in BIM software and Revit is essential.Demonstrated experience in creating electrical plans and integrating electrical systems into BIM models.Knowledge of 3D modeling techniques and construction drawings.Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with a range of stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues before they arise.Relevant degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.A commitment to continuous learning and development in BIM technologies.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
