  • This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering financial solutions to clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring relevant financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by working effectively and maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
  • Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, meeting minimum referral standards.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • At least 4 years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent customer service skills.

    • Benefits :

  • Targeted starting compensation range based on location and experience : $18.00-$25.20 / hour.
  • Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles.
