Purpose of Role

Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Under Armour Distribution House. Under department supervisor direction, responsible for assigning tasks, leading and keeping on track the daily operations of the work area. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, lift truck operation and / or manual tasks, QA and compliance tasks associated with the operation of the distribution house.

• Print reports and post reports for teammates to show them performance trends (EP%, OS%, etc).
• Create teams for team event job functions for example, receiving a trailer, etc.
• Re-train low performers to support skill gaps.
• Support with conducting observations and partner with leadership to provide coaching.
• Submit tickets for Teammates login access to WM.
• Monitor clock in / out(s) within LM system to verify LM reporting and notify manager of any discrepancies.
