Oracle Cloud SCM / MFG SaaS Solution Architect
Capgemini seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design, implement, and guide Oracle Cloud SCM / MFG SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will provide applications and solutions consulting to customers and project teams, translating requirements into effective solutions through configuration or custom development.
Your Role
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align them with solution functionality.
- Act in a client‑facing role to determine business requirements.
- Identify how the Oracle Cloud SCM solution can best meet client requirements.
- Provide support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
- Support configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management workstreams.
- Project manage or lead a large Oracle Cloud SCM implementation.
- Serve as the design lead of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations for your areas of expertise.
- Shape Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to help clients solve complex situations.
- Deliver advisory services in broader technology‑enabled business change, including integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery.
- Provide advisory services to innovative client organizations.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
Your Skills And Experience
10+ years of experience in complex Oracle SCM implementations.5+ years designing and / or implementing Oracle Cloud SCM in lead roles.Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud SCM modules.Strong communication and leadership skills.Understanding of planning business processes.Experience in pre‑sales solutioning and leading a project team through the software development lifecycle.Bachelor’s degree.7–10 years of experience in the IT profession.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain applications.At least 2–3 full‑lifecycle SAAS SCM module implementations.Highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with Oracle Cloud SCM applications.Benefits and Life at Capgemini
