Senior Performance Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Analyst (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of services and data while interpreting multi-dimensional healthcare data

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure business requirements are met and provide analysis and recommendations

Coordinate and complete assigned projects, including project definition and task management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field required

3-5+ years of healthcare domain experience preferred

2-3 years of experience in data analysis and working with analytic tools

Professional experience managing projects or complex processes from beginning to end

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL queries is preferred
