About The Position
- Seeking a Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Richmond, VA for a locum-to-perm opportunity.
- The position involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with full-time coverage including call.
- Provider must be local (only mileage reimbursement).
Job Responsibilities :
Provide inpatient, outpatient, and clinic-based cardiology care.Manage 10 clinic patients daily and 12–15 inpatient admissions per day.Perform and interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs).Participate in rotating night and weekend call (ratio 1 : 6).Supervise and collaborate with 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).Document all patient encounters in Epic EMR1657193EXPTEMP
Job Requirements
Board Certified in Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology with LVAD experience (Required).Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure (Required).Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) certification (Required).ACLS certification (Required).Active DEA registration (Required).Local provider required (travel not covered, mileage only reimbursed).Benefits
