Configuration Analyst

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain health plan software systems to align with business needs and regulatory requirements

Define and implement business rules for claims processing and member eligibility

Perform system testing and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accurate configurations

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business administration, information science, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred

Minimum of two years of project analyst or database analyst experience in a healthcare organization

Preferred 5+ years of experience in Health Plan Operations configuration

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
