  • DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE.
  • Due to the structure of our unit, agency need to be able to due the whole spectrum of antepartum, labor, post partum and newborn care proficiently EPIC IS A HARDSTOP FOR AYA OFFER DO NOT PASS, PLEASE SCREEN AND CALL OUT. 2 years required, will screen for 1 year of experience only if traveler has at least 150 deliveries a month. If so, please ensure this is provided in their profile Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal / offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and / or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius, Locals are accepted at a lower rate Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty / setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs and Leads.
  • Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
  • Modules : Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
