AI Enablement Lead, People and Places
As the AI Enablement Lead, People and Places, you will play a pivotal role in empowering HR teams across People and Places to confidently and responsibly use AI in their day-to-day work. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive enablement program that builds fluency, drives new AI systems and tool adoption, and supports behavior change. This role is critical in ensuring that our investment in AI translates into real-world productivity, engagement, and impactby making AI accessible, understandable, and useful to every HR professional. You will report into the Senior Manager, AI Strategy and Transformation, People and Places and will work remotely based in the United States or Canada.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
