Job descriptionTake company vans to the mechanics for maintenance Shop for warehouse equipment and inventory at stores with company vans Receiving and putting away incoming furniture in the warehouse Picking and filling orders of furniture Ensuring that all inventory is picked, packed, and ready for shipment Move furniture into houses that are being staged Decorate houses with the staging teams when needed Drive company cargo vans to locations Fix basic electrical like faulty electrical switches, outlets, and light fixtures. Repair basic plumbing like drain clearings, fixtures, etc, Fix basic HVAC issues like HVAC filter replacements and air conditioning systems. Includes fixing all basic items of property maintenance. Knowledge of how to paint and repair walls Can do medium sized renovations such as building a new bathroom from scratch (not rough in work) Start Date. Within 2 weeks of accepting the offer Employment. Full time hourly W2 Employee Pay. Hourly rate of $23. Pay increases to $25 an hour if you have a background in furniture repair. Pay increases to $26-28 if you have Handyman experience. Schedule : 8am EST to 4 : 30pm EST Probationary Period : 90 days Must be able to lift furniture over 50lbs Must have a drivers license and be able to drive a 14ft cargo van

Duties . This role maintains the inventory of the company, the warehouse, and also coordinates the routine of company equipment and fleet. This position is also expected to assist with furniture moving and home staging when required. No experience is needed for home staging. This position also requires the employee to drive to locations for inventory pickups
Tasks
Furniture Repair
- Perform maintenance on home staging furniture and equipment
- Install safety equipment and help assemble furniture
- Build platforms for furniture in the warehouse
- Clean furniture to remove spots and dirt
- Assemble furniture from scratch out of the box
Van and Equipment Maintenance Scheduling
Furniture and Warehouse Organizer
Furniture Mover and Home Stager
Optional for more pay : Handyman
