June 13 : Orientation

June 16, 17 : Proctoring

June 18 - on-going

APPs take first call (ICU, Hospital floors, outpatients and ED)

Immediate need and ongoing until perm is on board

Inpt 70% / Outpt 30%

Cases / Procedures :

CABGs

Bread and butter cases

Clinical support :

Full CVOR support

Anesthesia - 2 CV anesthesiologists on staff

APPs take first call and vein harvesting

EMR and Dictation Tools :

EPIC / Dragon

Required experience, training, and certifications :

ACLS

Case Logs Required :

50 Open Heart procedures within the last 12 months

Consider IMLC or waiting for a license :

Must have an active MI license and MI DEA or IMLC
