Mobile Application Consultant West Palm Beach, FL Responsibilities : Develop tablet-based mobile applications for iOS (iPad) and Android Build offline-first mobile apps with secure data synchronization Design structured inspection workflows, data validation, and field-ready UI Implement photo capture and geospatial (GPS) data collection Support secure background synchronization and conflict resolution Develop RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication with role-based access Design and enhance relational database components Support app deployment, signing, and distribution for Apple devices Produce technical documentation (architecture, APIs, database, deployment) Technologies : React Native (mobile) Java, Jersey framework (backend) RESTful APIs Oracle database OAuth 2.0 Requirements : 5+ years mobile application development experience (React Native) 5+ years Java development experience (Jersey) 5+ years relational database experience (Oracle preferred) Experience with offline data storage, synchronization, and mobile security Experience with geospatial data and camera integration
