If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Alliance Marketing to join our Clients and Markets team. Responsibilities include : managing the execution of a joint strategic marketing plan for the Microsoft alliance, overseeing the development and execution of a content strategy focused on creating differentiated messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement tools such as videos, social assets, and case studies; planning, executing, and optimizing a portfolio of demand generation programs, including KPMG's presence at Microsoft conferences, webinars, and client events; supervising a variety of marketing programs, developing and utilizing detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery; leveraging lead management tools to report on program effectiveness and sales impact; overseeing program-level budgets and marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring they are used effectively to achieve the best results from marketing programs; executing plans to increase the visibility and awareness of our alliance solutions through social media, podcasts, advertising, and by managing web content updates; developing co-branded marketing assets with Microsoft that support the content strategy, and work to amplify our brand by integrating campaign assets and thought leadership into marketing programs; serving as a key marketing contact for the Microsoft alliance team, fostering strong relationships to identify and execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities; supporting alliance partner sales kick-off events and other relationship-based initiatives; project managing KPMG's presence at alliance-specific conferences and executing a portfolio of demand-generation programs, including joint webinars, client roundtables, and digital campaigns focused on data and AI readiness. Qualifications include : minimum eight years of recent experience in integrated marketing from a large enterprise technology / software company or a professional services firm is preferred; master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
