Key Responsibilities :

• Perform in-depth quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using calibrated tools and measurement systems.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Assist with calibration, maintenance, and verification of testing and inspection equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, product specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance.
• Monitor production processes and conduct audits to verify adherence to established procedures and regulatory standards.
• Train and support production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP).
• Escalate critical quality concerns to leadership and recommend improvement solutions.
