HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities :

• Performing preventative maintenance on gas furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make accurate diagnoses and effective repairs.
• Performing start-ups and quality control on newly installed HVAC equipment.
• Using electronic record keeping and billing software.
• Maintaining service truck.
• Maintaining professional appearance.

HVAC Service Technician Requirements :

• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
• 5+ year HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to occasionally work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.
• EPA certification.
• Embraces teamwork.
• Trainable.
• Preferred But Not Required :
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Missouri Gas and Propane license
• Valid class E drivers license

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education :

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

• HVAC : 4 Year Preferred
