• Other Info : - This is a Hospital-based practice with clinic 1-2x a week to see follow up patients after surgery.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements :
• Active IA License
• BC (BC in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care)
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Must be available to start ASAP and can cover 2 weeks on; 2 weeks off
