Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Specialist to enhance client experiences through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ticket triage and monitor customer support queue for operational efficiency

Support special projects and process improvements to enhance client experience

Conduct service recovery activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer experience, support, or operations for a US-focused brand

Strong judgment and de-escalation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Experience with CRM, ticketing, or workflow management tools

Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
