Full-Time Position

Location : Peconic Landing

Schedule : Full-Time | 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Job Summary :

Peconic Landing is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Overnight Security / Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our campus during overnight hours. This includes the community center, health center, cottages, apartment homes, and all common areas.

In this role, you'll work independently overnight to respond to security concerns and maintenance needs while providing a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine overnight patrols of buildings and grounds
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surveillance systems
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintenance issues
• Perform minor repairs and report larger concerns to management
• Ensure all areas are secure, safe, and functioning properly
• Maintain clear and accurate incident and maintenance reports
