Job Title : Technical Support Specialist

Organization : 3 Leaf Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to internal team members and external clients
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively
Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications
Ass in setting up new technology equipment and systems
Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Essential Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Experience :

Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support role

Certification in IT support or related field is a plus

Experience working in a real estate or property management industry

Salary & Benefits :

Minimum Salary : $24000 per year

Maximum Salary : $65000 per year
