Responsibilities Work in a diagnostic radiology department serving a diverse patient population in a hospital setting Night shifts scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM May be required to float to any location within a 60-mile radius as defined by organization policy Diagnostic imaging includes surgery and trauma cases as required Utilizes Epic for charting and EMR documentation Performs a wide range of diagnostic radiology procedures, including producing quality images and maintaining patient safety according to ALARA standards Responsible for IV starts and administration of contrast as required Acts as a clinical resource and mentor for students and new staff May be required to provide on-call coverage outside standard hours per department policy Flu vaccination required during flu season with only medical exemptions considered Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel roles Requirements Registered Technologist, Radiology - R.T.
