We’re a growing landscaping company looking for our first crew member who will play a key role in shaping our team. This position is hands-on now but will grow into a leadership role as we expand. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to step into more responsibility over time, we’d love to talk to you.

Compensation : $20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Perform landscaping services including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, and basic hardscaping.
• Drive between multiple job sites daily using a company vehicle.
• Maintain and care for all landscaping equipment, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Take initiative on projects and prepare to step into a crew leader role as the company grows.
