A fast-growing organization is building a next-generation CRM and data analytics platform designed to support political campaigns and advocacy organizations. Their platform helps clients make data-driven decisions for donor engagement, outreach, and targeting — leveraging a database of over 20 million active donors.

As a Backend Developer , you’ll be part of a small, fast-paced, cross-functional engineering team developing a new platform from the ground up. The role is backend-heavy, focusing on data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure to support large-scale analytics and integrations.

You’ll work cradle-to-grave on services — from design to deployment — while collaborating closely with product, frontend, and leadership teams. Candidates should thrive in environments that require autonomy, adaptability, and curiosity about the “why” behind business decisions.
