Full-Time / Exempt

General Description :

The Project Manager will oversee and streamline the operations of the Ravens Brand & Advertising team, with a focus on graphic design tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed, deadlines are met, and our brand identity is maintained.

The role will involve reviewing and assigning incoming tasks, keeping projects on schedule, maintaining clear communication with designers and key stakeholders, and recapping projects upon completion. They will also be responsible for trafficking assets and coordinating production with external vendors.

The manager may help prepare files for printing, proofread final materials, make edits and assist with design requests as needed.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Task Management

• Monitor incoming requests through the graphic department's internal request tool (Asana); evaluate each project to ensure all information is provided correctly; and assign tasks in consultation with the department head based on project requirements, designer availability and deadlines

Project Scheduling & Workflow Management

Asset Management & Traffic

Communication & Reporting

Quality Assurance & Proofreading

Graphic Design
