Responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning and strategy of a full‑service branch office.
• Provide the appropriate supervision, support and coaching necessary to ensure the branch is balanced, opened, closed and secure.
• Ensure all bank policies and procedures are followed while delivering the highest quality of customer service.
• Maintain and develop a deposit and loan portfolio through various business development activities.
