ServiceNow IRM Engineer

Required Skills

3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions / components

Strong experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, CMDB

Proficiency with programming methodologies : JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS

Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical teams and senior leadership

Understanding of GRC / IRM industry trends

8+ years of overall development experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

Prior technical experience in systems analysis / programming

Experience building / executing JavaScript utilities

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential

Conceptual architecture knowledge

5+ years of Agile Framework experience (with hands-on Scaled Agile Framework

Familiarity with Machine Learning / Generative AI (a plus, not mandatory)
