Avionics Position
Acts as customer and field service interface. Drives improvements based on end user experience. Performs corrective actions for field issues, special investigations, and product testing. Performs analysis at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Performs technical planning, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Manages configuration, builds processes, and identifies manufacturing / engineering defects. Facilitates the adherence of product requirements that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Interprets customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece part verification criteria. Primary obligation for this position will be in support of the US Army Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) on Hunter Army Airfield, GA. Interested candidates must be willing to travel with little to no notice to support customer events, including deployment to austere locations outside of the US. The ability for a candidate to pass medical screening to receive a Class III Medical Certificate for flight duties is desired.
This position is a fully onsite role located at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA. This role may require atypical hours at times based on customer need. Position may require up to 50% travel. This role is eligible for relocation.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
