Youth Villages is a non-profit organization helping youth, young people, and their families across the United States who face a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges.
Our LifeSet program is an intensive, community-based program that acts as a bridge from foster care to successful adulthood for young people. It provides knowledge to utilize all available community resources and helps young adults become self-sufficient.
Position Overview
As a LifeSet Specialist, you will work with 17-23 year old young adults to support their transition to adulthood. Your role will include weekly sessions, monthly case management, crisis support, and participation in supervision.

Requirements
A Master's degree in a social services discipline is strongly preferred, while a Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required. One year of related experience in counseling and / or case management is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, basic computer knowledge, and flexibility with schedule are also necessary.
Pay
Base pay range : $52,000 / yr – $60,000 / yr (based on education and clinical license).
