Assembly Operator I

One position is available on 1st shift. 1st shift hours are 6 : 48 AM to 3 : 18 PM.

Summary : A successful Assembly Operator II can safely and with advanced efficiency assemble products that meet all quality requirements. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position and reports to the Complex Products Assembly & Fulfillment Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Tear down and clean customer RMA's.
• Use the parts list and retrieve all the parts needed to assemble the order.
• Depending on the size and weight of the item to be assembled, use a proper lifting method.
• Continually inspect products and processes throughout assembly.
• Inspect and test the final assembly to ensure it meets specifications.
• Cross-train with other assembler team members.
• Adhere to specific procedures and production schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
