Key Responsibilities

Lead the IAM program, aligning security controls with business drivers and risks

Drive operational architecture changes to meet IAM security standards

Engage with risk and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive IAM strategy

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven track record in delivering complex IAM security programs in large organizations

In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks and security risks

Experience with IAM design, risk assessment, and agile delivery methodologies

Technical security experience with IAM products and cloud / mobile environments is preferred
