Responsibilities
- Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
- Working with teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
- Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
- Brand advocate for Victra.
- Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Ensuring store employees meet and / or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time and fully.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on existing customer base.
- Owning store success and taking ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.
- Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring they provide our guests with a complete solution to meet their current and future needs.

Pay will include a base rate of $23.28 / hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership / supervisory role.Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.High school diploma or GED.One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and / or during peak vacation periods.At least 18 years of age.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Training Requirements
All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
