Position Overview:
Entry-level position responsible for supporting investigative assignments from intake to completion under supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Assign cases based on geographic and budget guidelines under supervision.
- Gather basic information for case setup and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with field investigators and clients as directed.
- Ensure timely submission of investigative materials to reporting department.
- Assist in reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to learn case management processes and follow instructions accurately.
