SIU Case Manager 1

Position Overview:

Entry-level position responsible for supporting investigative assignments from intake to completion under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assign cases based on geographic and budget guidelines under supervision.
• Gather basic information for case setup and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with field investigators and clients as directed.
• Ensure timely submission of investigative materials to reporting department.
• Assist in reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to learn case management processes and follow instructions accurately.
