• EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
• Estimated 10k annual patient volume
• EM physicians, 2025 EM residents, or IM / FM physicians with current EM experience
• 1099 independent contractor status with malpractice / tail coverage
• $50k sign-on bonus treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years
• Central North Dakota community is 90 minutes from Grand Forks or 2.5 hours from Fargo
