Job descriptionActive Florida General Contractor license (required). Proven experience managing residential and / or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of permitting, inspections, and local construction regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive. Familiarity with project management platforms such as HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace. Base pay + performance bonuses. A collaborative, supportive work environment. Project Manager
Location : Tampa & St. Petersburg, FL
We are seeking a licensed General Contractor (GC) to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality residential and commercial construction projects while shaping the future of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.
- Ensure all projects meet budget, quality, and timeline standards.
- Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations.
- Utilize company platforms (HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Handoff AI) for project tracking and reporting.
- Submit daily end-of-day project status reports detailing progress, issues, and next steps.
- Attend up to one scheduled daily meeting (virtual or in-person).
- Maintain accurate documentation, including uploading site photos and notes daily.
