Job Description
SUMMARY
Join our team as Showroom Manager and lead our talented consultant team!
Nestled quietly above the bustle of Tribeca in lower Manhattan, our New York City showroom operates by appointment only, creating a warm and intimate space where customers can explore our full collection and connect deeply with our brand’s unique perspective. Our showroom faces our in-house studio, where a small, highly skilled team of artisans handcrafts our jewelry.
Each appointment is hosted as a private session, offering personalized guidance and genuine connection. We take great pride in going beyond sales to celebrate the joy and beauty our jewelry brings to everyday life as each piece becomes a part of us with time and wear.
We see our showroom as one of our greatest strengths and a key element that sets us apart in the industry. Our goal is to grow our showroom operations in order to further cultivate meaningful relationships and reinforce what makes our brand truly unique.
We’re looking for a confident, driven leader who thrives on challenges, enjoys analyzing data, and excels at strategizing to drive growth. This person embodies our brand’s spirit, approaches every interaction with thoughtfulness and care, and loves building lasting connections with every customer. In this role, you will lead our showroom consultants as an independent team within the sales team, guiding their growth and performance. You’ll oversee all aspects of showroom operations—including hiring, training, and managing consultants, planning and running events, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring sales goals are met.
The role begins with a one-month onboarding period to learn the team, review metrics, and gather insights. The goal of this period is to gain the knowledge needed to develop and present a proposal for how we can achieve our goals.
