Acquisition Integration Advisor

The Acquisition Integration Advisor performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company. The Acquisition Integration Advisor manages all aspects of Medicaid State Implementation, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This position provides the opportunity to lead / manage large cross-functional enterprise implementations that impact our members, providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The associate selected to this position will also have a significant role in the development department strategy, which includes the execution of the team's operating and engagement models. This associate will leverage a strong program / project management background, with experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, to drive execution of state implementations and stand-alone strategic initiatives.

Pay Range : $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
