Your Impact

As a Job Title youll be at the heart of our sales teamconnecting with customers understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business success. Youll use your consultative selling skills creativity and relationship-building expertise to help customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and communications to prospective customers introducing HPs products services and solutions in a friendly engaging manner.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients listening actively to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to each customers interests and requirements.
• Qualify leads gather relevant information and document details in our CRM system.
• Negotiate sales terms and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing customer support product) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Participate in promotional campaigns conveying special offers and promotions.
• Strive to achieve daily weekly and monthly performance targets including call quotas and lead generation goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge through training and team support.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $71100 to $107400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.

4-12 weeks fully paid parental leave based on tenure
