Job Summary :

The Hospitality Support position serves as the primary point of contact for all Jackson Gore Village Condominium Association (COA / HOA) owners, providing exceptional service and support to enhance the owner experience. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with owners, supporting property management operations, and ensuring seamless communication between owners, vendors, and the Jackson Gore team.

The Hospitality Support team member will assist in owner-facing services including resales, RCI exchanges, Space Available (Space A) reservations, owner reservations, and unit restrictions for maintenance. This position also supports larger-scale HOA and property management projects as assigned by Property Manager, ensuring that owner needs are met with efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The expected pay range is $20.00 / hr - $21.78 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
