Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensed in Ohio for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Portsmouth, Ohio . This role offers weekday daytime coverage, a well-supported anesthesia care team model, and a broad mix of surgical cases.

Assignment Overview

Location : Portsmouth, Ohio

Contract Type : Locum Tenens – CRNA

Start Dates : December 8-12

(No holiday coverage required)

Shift : Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Call : Possible (rotating; optional)

Practice Model : Supervised – Collaborative team of 18 CRNAs + 8 Anesthesiologists

Travel : Included

Clinical Scope & Case Mix

General Surgery

Orthopedics

ENT

Urology

Ophthalmology

OB (including epidurals / spinals)

Regional anesthesia skills utilized as appropriate

EMR : Meditech

Candidate Requirements

Active and unrestricted Ohio CRNA license

NBCRNA certification

Current ACLS & BLS

Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred

Comfortable practicing within a supervised care team model

Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and broad-based anesthesia techniques
