A well-respected national developer-builder is looking for two Structural Assistant Superintendents to support a 13-story concrete multifamily high-rise breaking ground in South Florida.

This is a field-focused role with clear opportunity to grow into a full Superintendent position. If youve worked on structural concrete scopes and want to be part of a polished, experienced team then this is your sign.

What Youll Be Doing

Assist with daily site coordination and structural trade oversight

Track progress of formwork, rebar, concrete pours, and inspections

Maintain site logs, manage punch, and report on daily operations

Help enforce safety, quality control, and trade accountability

Collaborate with senior field leadership and office-based project managers

What You Bring

Concrete structural experience on multifamily or commercial projects

36 years of field management experience as AFE, PE, or Assistant Super

Familiarity with form systems, rebar layout, pour sequencing, and safety

Strong documentation and communication skills

Steady work history is a mustprefer candidates with long tenures at prior employers
