Pay : $22.00-$25.00 / hr | Full-Time | In-Office Only | 90-Day Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Shift example : It will rotate for each role.
For one month you will work 4 x 12 hour shifts from 5 AM to 5 PM, then have 4 days off of work.
The next month you will work 4 x 12 hour shifts from 5 PM to 5 AM (night), then have 4 days off of work.
The third month you will work this shift again : 4 x 12 hour shifts from 5 AM to 5 PM, then have 4 days off of work.
The fourth month you will work this shift again : 4 x 12 hour shifts from 5 PM to 5 AM (night), then have 4 days off of work.
The fifth month you will work 5 x 8 hours shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, MON through FRI.
Then the rotation will start all over again.

What You'll Do
As part of a 24 / 7 IT support rotation, you'll help ensure uninterrupted operations at our mills by :
Providing front-line support via calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems
Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues
Managing account functions such as password resets and access requests
Clearly communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical users
Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed
Following standard procedures and documentation for all technical support
Assisting with IT projects and participating in an on-call rotation as needed
Upholding strict safety standards and workplace protocols
Qualifications - What We're Looking For
Required :
High school diploma or GED
Ability and drive to learn new skills within the first 90 days
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of networks, WAN / LAN concepts, and IT support functions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work varied shifts in a 24 / 7 environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work fully on-site
Preferred :
Associate degree in IT or related field
1-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support
Certifications : AZ-900 or AZ-104
Experience with ITSM tools and support ticketing systems

Pay Details : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
