Location :  Flower Mound, TX | 100% Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $22 / hr
  • Monday – Friday | Normal Business Hours
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Start Date : ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

Join a mission-driven medical group supporting outpatient clinics across Texas and Florida. This role ensures accurate billing and timely reimbursements, directly impacting patient care delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle insurance verifications for commercial and government plans
  • Post payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain AR accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve denied claims; follow up directly with payors
  • Manage medical records requests and ensure billing documentation is compliant
  • Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support clean claims

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in medical insurance verification and A / R follow-up
  • Proficient in denial resolution and EOB posting with minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of insurance coverage, deductibles, and patient responsibility
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Familiarity with insurance portals and multi-system documentation

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Background in multi-site or specialty practice billing
  • Strong follow-through in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
