We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients and are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. Our streamlined sales process allows you to focus on closing deals while we handle everything else.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador to join our team on a 100% commission-based structure. This fully remote role is ideal for self-starters who excel at generating their own leads, closing deals, and representing our brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner. As a Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador, you will source your own leads, close sales, and promote our company's values and offerings, with no need to perform demonstrations or manage post-sale processes. Our company takes care of all other aspects, allowing you to focus on building relationships, securing deals, and enhancing our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and generate your own high-quality leads through networking, prospecting, or other effective methods.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present the value of our products / services.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to close deals.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting ATS OnDemand's mission, values, and offerings in all client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and closed deals in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless handoff of closed deals for fulfillment.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in lead generation and closing deals (experience in HR Technology is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a commission-only, fully remote environment.
- Ability to source and qualify leads effectively through various channels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Enthusiasm for promoting the company's brand and values to build trust and credibility with clients.
Compensation :
100% commission-based with 10% commission on all closed deals, paid in cash.No base salary; unlimited earning potential based on performance.No requirement to perform product / service demonstrations—focus purely on lead generation, closing, and brand representation.Full support from the company for all non-sales activities post-closure.Why Join Us?
