MSPRC Medical Staff Coordinator
Duration will be approximately three months; possibility of extension. The MSPRC Coordinator provides administrative and quality support for the Multi-Specialty Peer Review Committee (MSPRC) and related quality initiatives. This role is responsible for managing committee meetings and support of case reviews, coordinating committee activities, ensuring accurate documentation, communication with providers and summarizing and tracking case reviews. The MSPRC Coordinator plays a key role in promoting quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient committee operations. This role also supports medical staff office coordinator functions such as support of other committees and departments, data entry in credentialing software system and other special projects related to the credentialing and privileging process.

Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience / training. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical staff services managing a peer review committee, quality management, or a related healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting documentation and professional correspondence. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing. Familiarity with RL system, APeX EMR, and quality / risk management systems strongly preferred.
