Job
Description : The RN – Integrated
Manager – Cardiovascular Services – shares 24-hour responsibility
and accountability for the management and operation of the
non-invasive cardiology, diagnostic imaging RN’s, cardiac and
pulmonary rehabilitation, and the cardiac nurse navigators over
both the Walnut Creek and Concord Medical Centers. Supervises
staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, and performance
appraisals. Tracks and analyzes financial indicators budget,
capital, staffing levels, supply costs, productivity and quality
outcomes and addresses opportunities for improvement utilizing
process improvement strategies. Collaborates with Executive
Leadership, Executive Directors, Service Line Directors, Financial
Directors, Departmental Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, Staff
and Interdisciplinary Team with integration between both campuses
to standardize, update and / or maintain policies and procedures to
ensure consistent compliance. Promotes compliance with internal
standards and regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Participates in the annual operational planning
process. Executes priorities to ensure implementation of operation
plan within the work unit or units. Promotes staff accountability
and empowerment through formal and informal processes. Accountable
for appropriate consistent staffing and scheduling. Role model’s
collaboration and collegiality cross interdisciplinary teams
including physicians. Promotes excellence in customer service.

Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under
