cFocus Software seeks a Senior GIS Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Customer and Border Protection (CBP). This position is fully remote. The position requires a Secret clearance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Cartography, or other related fields
• Active Secret clearance
• 8+ years of experience in GIS work with at least 2 years of experience were of direct analytical experience
• Experience shall include generating complex multi-layered printed, digital and web- based maps, creating and modifying template-based GIS web applications, and performing complex geospatial analyses.
• Shall be knowledgeable in GIS and geospatial technologies, best practices, and concepts, and have experience applying these principles to law enforcement, immigration, and / or border enforcement.
• Shall be proficient with spatial data and relational database maintenance and manipulation including Esri Spatial Database Engine (SDE).
• Shall have experience utilizing aerial and satellite imagery and performing image processing, analysis, and exploitation.
• Shall have experience in the development of GIS applications and tools.
• Shall have the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical computer users, both orally and in writing.
• Shall have experience working with law enforcement systems and Esri ArcGIS Pro desktop software.
