Job description

Pioneer Family Practice is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BC / BE Family

Medicine Physician to join our well-established, six-physician private practice. We are committed

to fostering strong, lasting relationships with our patients as we guide them on their journey to

wellness. Through our unique partnership with MultiCare Health System, we enhance our ability

to provide exceptional care to our community.

Position Details

  • Location : Lacey, WA
  • Schedule : Flexible schedule, 32 patient facing hours for a 1.0 FTE
  • Call : 1 in 6 weeks, outpatient only, minimal volume
  • FTE : 0.75 – 1.0
  • Procedures Available : Colposcopy, vasectomy,circumcision, joint injections, LARC (IUD /

Nexplanon), endometrial biopsy, addiction treatment, pain management, and POCUS (Butterfly US)

Compensation & Benefits

  • 4-day work week (32 patient-facing hours) = $207k / yr with two-year salary guarantee
  • 5-day work week (36 patient-facing hours) = $232k / yr with two-year salary guarantee
  • Vacation : 5 weeks paid vacation annually, awarded at the beginning of each calendar year
  • Retirement : Safe Harbor 401K with 3% employer match
  • Health Benefits : No-cost Regence BCBS Gold 500 medical plan for employees; negotiable rates for dependents
  • Dental & Vision : Low-cost plans available through Delta Dental and VSP
