A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position in a hospital setting in Lansing, MI, is available on a locum tenens basis. Job Responsibilities - Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.- Work under supervision in a team setting.- Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.- Ensure patients' safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.

Qualifications - Current Michigan License (REQUIRED, no exceptions)- NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome)- BLS and ACLS certification- Clean background and no malpractice for expedited credentialing- Local (drive-in) candidate required, no exceptions

Working Hours - Varied, with flexibility to work 2-3 shifts per week at 12 hours each- No on-call duties

Skills - Proficiency in using CERNER EMR- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively within a team- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
